    Contacted Pacific Collection And asked about. a 6 year old doctor **** that was just put on my credit. I spoke with ****** and informed her that the manager ***** at the ********** said that the pathology **** was paid through their office and that this company was a fraud, they do not sell debt and the pathology department bills them. She provided zero balance bill attached. ****** from collection agency promised that Equifax was aware and to check to see that it was being removed. She would email me a letter saying such and discussed this on several occasions. After not receiving the letter I called and spoke to the manager, he laughed when I told him my grandmother died, and mocked me as to never being seen by a doctor. I told him I was waiting for the letter promised by ****** and that the interscope the pathologist also informed me there was no bill. He then threatened me by stating my home address, and said I will never be able to buy the house I was trying to buy and that he would all but make it impossible. He stated that my uncle must have raped me as a child. Needless to say I contacted authorities and am trying to reach the owner of this agency to contact the **** Interscope and the ********** mentioned Section ****** and are helping me with this fraudulent and harassing situation. There is a zero balance on 07/24-2018 at both the doctors office and pathologist. Interscope is aware of the harassment and threats and is inquiring to top management as to going concern.

    I am not liable for this debt with ********************** I do not have a contract with PACIFIC COLLECTION CRE; they did not provide me with the original contract as requested.
