    Trusted Home Contractors are all but a company to be trusted. They were to repair a roof and, as a paying customer, the work they performed did not meet the expected standards. ***** continued after their work. I phoned them over 15 times with a reply from them that they would send someone out to take a look at the problem. Eventually I received a return call stating that the employee who wrote the contract whom I had been speaking with no longer worked there. The owner eventually called me and sent someone out who looked at the roof and stated a list of things that should have been done. When I asked about the cost of a total roof replacement, the price he quoted was basically the charges that were passed on to me. The work that i agreed to have done was based on the recommendation and assessment of the condition of the roof as explained to me by the contractor who did the inspection. After many more phone calls, a 2nd person was sent out basically to give me words of sympathy and in summary, state that nothing else would be done by the company unless I wished to pay more money. Needless to say, I will be paying on this bill for years to come & the problem (when corrected) will cost a lot more money. I would not recommend this company to anyone for any reason based on my experience. There is little to NO integrity!They talk it but do not deliver on what they say. Due to the very rainy season we had most contractors were very busy. But thats no excuse for rendering poor quality work and communicating with the customer by giving them the run-around. Initially, they came out and could see the damages to the ceilings and were thoroughly aware of what necessary. After Id had interior repairs and painting done the ************* started again and they were called time and time again before someone finally came out. The work was done in December 2023. The calls & promises went on from January-March 2024. No one should have to experience anything like this!!!
