    I entered into an agreement on May 18, 2022 for Greyco Global to provide architectural drawing for an addition to my home. Our agreement and scope of work was to bein the amount of $12,500.00 On the request for Mr. **** I submitted funds in the amount of $16,500.00 for ************ to pull permits for work and to receive a proposal for ************ to move forward with doing the construction of the addition. *********************** provided the drawings. I was pleased with the drawing, however when we got to the proposal it exceeded the amount of the budget I had set and made with Mr. ****. We met regarding the proposal which exceeded my budget by more than $50,000.00. I explained that this was not going to work and we attempted to slash the proposal to met my budget. We also agreed at the time I had made deposits in the amount of $16,500 and at the time my remaining balance/credit was $4,000 + . After a few weeks of contemplation I contacted ************ to let him know that I was going to put my project on hold until I could make sense of the budget or get the additional money. After another few weeks I decided I was going to pull the plug on the project and I would like my remaining balance returned to me. That was late last year and ************ was promising to return the funds. Until recently ************ would return my texts regarding the funds and now he will not respond at all. Unfortunately I did my due diligence after the fact and found out he has had several small claims filed against him. I an seeking to get my funds return.
