    this company is deceptive. you can also check their yelp reviews. but they quoted me ********************************************************************** an extra 1600$ for boxes and then tell me i went over square feet by 500 but how is that possible with only 30 boxes and two headboards and nightstands it's not possible and then upon delivery attempted to try and charge another 900$ for so called shuttle service which i refused to pay so the driver loaded my stuff in a 20ft uhaul only half filled do how is that 867 sq ft and left it and said i had to unload it but took all my money so i was over charged for services promised that were never provided.

    The shipper was provided our terms and conditions prior to making the reservation, during and after the pick up. All our fees are explained in detail. ******* signed off on multiple documents that she understood those terms. On pick up shipper had an additional 262 CF, not 500 square feet as she states. There was additional packing that was needed as well. All this was documented and agreed to by the shipper, prior to work beginning.  On pick up customer was satisfied with the work that was done and left a ******* review. Shippers items were held in storage in ** at the shippers request so that she would be able to have the funds for delivery. A payment of less than the required amount at pick up was also taken to satisfy the shipper as she did not have funds available. Once the shipper contacted Rhino to ship her items, the items were put into a delivery que.Unfortunately the shipper was not happy about delivery time frames and decided to take her frustration out on line. She also acknowledged that she did this and she shouldnt have, as she was happy with the service thus far. On delivery a tractor trailer was not able to access her home. As per our terms and conditions a shuttle would be needed to complete the service. ******* stated she would not pay for a shuttle and made the decision to have us offload into her own uhual knowing that we would not offload again. This was the shippers choice. Her communication with the driver was clear. Once we deliver/offload, we do not do it again at our expense. She agreed and wanted them to offload into her own uhual to save the shuttle fee. We have offered the client a $200 gesture of good faith, however shipper is not satisfied.
