      On 5/15 4:26pm dropped off my **** Focus for transmission inspection because I felt a pull between gears, 1st to 2nd. The inspection came back that I needed a transmission rebuild and it would take two weeks. Center called me that the car was ready early, 5/28: Picked up my vehicle and paid $3999.45. Drove off of their lot and my car was jumping as the car would slow down. Next the engine light came on just 20 minutes from Leons.We took the car to AutoZone for a read and the Idle was too high. We left a message and dropped the car off the following day. They called Friday 5/31, to say that this time the car was really ready and that the idle, indeed, was too high, but that I have to get a mechanic to check the engine because sometimes thats just the luck of the draw when you fix something. Literally the light came on THE *** I PICKED 0UP MY CAR. The secretary, ******, said that they didnt touch the engine so we have to pay for it ourselves. My engine was fine before going to Leons. The quality of their work is poor, aside from lack of professionalism. I have a long commute and Im queues about the safety of this vehicle and how I cant afford to pay for the engine after this big expense.Had they discussed with me that its common for the cars whose transmissions they work on to need engine repairs afterwards, I wouldve chosen otherwise. The fact that NOBODY checked their initial work is alarming for me with regard to quality control. The fact that ** being dismissed lets me know this isnt the first time this has happened.

      Hello *****,

      In response to ******'s complaint, we have fixed the idle control issue for her and explained that sometimes when disconnecting a battery it will clear the parameters in a ***. 

      When a battery disconnect happens the *** will reset all sensors and modules back to factory settings and if a worn or dirty sensor or valve doesn't meet the *** values is will malfunction. That is the case in the Idle Control Valve in ******'s Focus. It happens more than not and will take the blame for it not being properly explained to ******. I have left her a message to contact me for proper explanation as we had a fill Manager at the location she visited.

      Had my van fixed here everything was fine but when it came back there was a new issue with my dashboard that wasnt there before they said just take it to a mechanic and will pay for it. Well they didnt and I was out an additional $1200 for their mistake!!! Simply bad service and a make up story They had me pay before they released the van and so now I cant do anything!!!They knew what they were doing
