On November 23rd 2021, I purchased an Alpine stereo system from Art of Sound. Three months later this stereo system completely stopped working. The Alpine Stereo paperwork that i was given stated a 1 year warranty. When i returned to Art of Sound. Romero told me he would take it to Alpine to have it replaced. After weeks of not hearing back, He then tells me its only a 3 month warranty and they are not actually authorized resellers with Alpine. He then told me he took it to a man he knows to have it fixed. After weeks and Months of no response he tells me the man is still fixing it. He lied about the warranty and never disclosed that they were not authorized resellers. I asked him to please give me a refund or a stereo system that is comparable to what i purchased. He refused.

***** ******** buy the radio from us and we give her the same three months warranty we give to all our customers since we started on this small business when she come back the warranty was expired but we help her to check the radio and let her know that the unit was bad and we help her to remove the radio and send it to the company because some times they just exchange it or repaired for us and she agreed but unfortunately the Company take forever and then we offer her to give her a diferentet unit with the same features at no charge just because the company take so long and she agreed but she come back to remove it because she doesn't like it,she was very upset and stubborn and we tell her then she has to wait until the company repair and return the unit and she left all mad
We explained to her so many times about her warranty and even whit no warranty we tried too help her, we never tell her that we are alpine dealers we are a reseller business and we carry so many different name brands, she doesn't have a receive whit a year warranty because we always give only there months to every one ,I help her the most I can, even I give her a radio at no cost ,work on her car many times, sorry but I don't think is fair to refund her money after all we tried to help her and the way she treat us she is so rude and stubborn.

I am rejecting this response because:

Everything he has stated in his response is a lie. He never once mentioned there is a three month warranty. He did put a new unit in my car but it did not have the same features, it was nowhere close to being comparible and he did not do it for free. He charged me $60. I had him remove it because it was junk compared to the $600 Alpine i purchased.  What company is he claiming he sent it to for repair? It is not Alpine because he is not an authorized reseller . He kept saying he gave it to a man to fix , but when i asked when it will be ready, he claims that man isn’t responding. This has gone on for 7 months now. I was patient and polite in the beginning until he was clearly taking advantage of me. Since he can not give me a comprimble replacement, i am owed a full refund.
