      On 3/26/25 I was scheduled for a wisdom tooth removal consult, & I had many questions as I have osteoarthritis on both sides of my jaw. It was my understanding that I would get to speak with the doctor *** would be doing my surgery, Darryl L Morris, but when I was called in I had a less then 5 minute consultation with the nurse *** assists with *************** did not ask me any questions about my medical history nor did she refer to the medical history I provided prior to my appointment which mentioned the ********************* When I brought it up to her she said it would be fine because Im young and dont have arthritis, clearly they didnt look at my forms that I filled out. I then asked if I would be able to speak with the ************ got offended & said I could go elsewhere if this place isnt the right fit for me and went to go get the doctor. After I talked to the doctor a front desk employee came to tell me that I owed $62 because my insurance didnt cover the x rays since I already got x rays done at a different office. Prior to coming into my appointment I provided my insurance information and was not told that my insurance didnt cover the necessary X rays for the consultation. Normally every place I go to checks insurance coverage BEFORE you proceed with appointment to let you know of any copays or if your insurance doesnt cover it. I told her this and she said they ran the insurance after I went in for my appointment. She was extremely aggressive with her communication and kept arguing with me in front of other staff and patients and slammed papers on her desk. I complained to the doctor about everything and he said he would personally call me the next day to refund me the money and did not. I have called to ask for a call back and have had to deal with the same front desk lady being rude and aggressive and he has not called me back. This place also quoted my mom $300 even though she was covered by her insurance & did not need to pay for her surgery.
