I had my kitchen remodel in March 2021 by Century Flooring and Decor. Cabinets, Flooring, Granite. I had notice some spacing and the floor lifting little by little. I did reach out to *******( which ******* is who gave me the estimate and I dealt with through the whole remodeling) in January 17, 2022, no response so i text again the next day telling him to please call me. Which he did, he asked me to send pictures which I did. He sent me a text January 26,2022 asking to come check the flooring out . Which he came out the next day, he told me by phone my flooring was lifting because it wasn't prep. He would Talk to the owner and see what they could do.. Which the outcome was they will place prep the floor and place new flooring but they recommend me to upgrade the flooring. Which I did upgrade. The day the installer came out to do the job May 6,2022, he removed all the old flooring. Told the owner of the company **** and told my daughter which she was at home when he came. That he refused to place the new flooring because of the crack in the foundation and its not leveled. When I talked to **** on the phone about the situation whi8ch was that night. I asked her why they didn't address it the first time, she got upset and started yelling on the phone. She told me I'm telling you now. I kept telling her to stop yelling and to be professional . I told her call me when you could talk not yell, I did hang up. After that she kept texting me . She told me in text too they didn"t tell me the first time when placing the flooring to save me money. Same night when i was looking at the flooring the installer left at my house, it's not even what I paid for the upgraded material which I told her that too. I asked for a refund for the first flooring the upgraded flooring and labor i paid for. She said it was only 1,036.00. the flooring was on sale when i purchased it. Then she did say she would give 400 to help with cost for foundation. I said, i want 2500 i don' trust her comp

Hello , I sent a copy of the original contract . I sent a copy of the contract from the upgraded material. I sent you a photo of the upgraded material and a photo of the material they brought to my house which wasn’t what I paid for.  I was asking the company for my money back from the first flooring and the second flooring and the labor I paid for since they didn’t tell me of the issue which they knew about from the first install but Faye’s answer to that was “ They didn’t address it at that time because they were trying to save me money . Sorry to say **** isn’t professional,  when I did talk to her on the phone  when the problem first came about all she did was yell . I communicate all through text with her .
      Thank you ,
