      In the summer of 2020 we contracted with Total Home Roofing for a complete replacement of our tile roof. The tile products that they recommended were from Eagle Roofing Products located in ***********, ** with Corporate HQ in ******, **. In May of 2023 we started experiencing tiles with rust stains and Phosphorescence streaks on numerous tiles throughout the roof. We contacted the local ********* Sales representative, ***********************, who contacted Eagle Roofings ********** Services representative, ***************************. ****************** came and reviewed the situation at our home and recommended he have his personnel come out and clean the primary rust and streaks and then treat the entire roof with a Muriatic Acid wash. His personnel came out in August 2023 and cleaned and power grinned the rust and Phosphorescence streaks and then washed the entire roof with acid. within a few weeks the rust and other streaks were back and the color of our tiles were lightened from the acid wash. We contacted Eagle Roofing, ************** and ******************, as well as ************************* the Director of ********************* The result was that ****************** agreed to replace the affected tiles in his email response dated October 25, 2023. When we gave him a total count of the affected tiles and requested that they replace the entire roof Eagle Roofing started backing away from their offer and stated they would not replace the entire roof.Their warrantee as stated here covers manufacturing defects for a period of 10 years to include replacement costs. We were next contacted by Eagle Roofing's COO **************** of ******, **. We requested they replace the forward facing tiles on 1st level, which is the garage but they refused. **************** assured us that the defects were only cosmetic and had no affect on the integrity of the tile. I explained that the color picked was what we expected. He also assured us his people grinding our tiles as part of their process never happen even though we saw it being done.

      Eagle Roof supplied my builder with roof tiles that do not match the color I ordered on my contract. I have requested to get confirmation of the color installed by and expert. If the wrong color was shipped to me I want to know who was responsible the Builder or Eagle. My house is the only one in my neighborhood with this different color roof that stands out as the wrong color. The Eagle reps have been nice to work with. When I noticed the roof color issues they have not returned phone calls or text from my roof inspection contacted ******* after multiple days and calls and was hung up on and told to work with my builder nothing more they can do which is sad because I was impressed with the great customer service prior to the issue with ******* samples not matching *******
