    Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with Executive One Logistics (previously Nodoubt Auto Transport), the fact that your company does not truly care about the customer worries me. Lack of communication both previously and during transport was minimal and the dispatcher and driver we not professional. While I understand breakdowns occur, to have multiple and no communication until after multiple attempts on our part showed a complete lack of caring for customers whose valuable assets are being trucked across the country. Additionally, the fact that our window and the other vehicles on board were left cracked open was unsatisfactory. We specifically had a conversation regarding this and the driver said that once he got to the rest stop he would put all the keys inside the truck and that he did that so he can account for each vehicle again and at that point would close the windows and lock the doors. Upon arrival it was obvious this did not happen. The fact that a timeline for pick and delivery and the appearance of the driver is a non factor. I will continue to ensure Anyone of my military friends who need auto transport to stay CLEAR of Global (the broker) and Executive One (previously Nodoubt Transpot). Bottomline, Late pick up and drop off, unprofessionalism and a lack of communication are the gist of our complaint. As a retired military vet, we've had the please of working with lots of companies during my 28 years serving...this was not one of them!
