His team did an exceptional job laying a solid concrete foundation for my property, repairing the existing foundation, and installing brand-new concrete for my driveway and walkways.   I highly recommend *******, and his team at Concrete of God, they excavated and poured a slab for our new ADU project.We had all the plans, city permits and had the site marked by a surveyor. Through the entire project he and his team were kind and polite. He seemed to work seamlessly with the City and myself as Owner/*********** of the things I was impressed by was his attention to detail. He measured multiple times and identified discrepancies between the site and the plans of just a few inches. After each step, he measured again.Eduardos team worked efficiently and was able to give us an excellent estimate as to when specific work would be completed so that the city inspection, and the surveyor could be scheduled ahead of time to come and do their work seamlessly so the concrete could be poured on the scheduled day.They removed the forms and quickly moved their gear out so the next step of construction could proceed.He provided a grounding wire to the rebar under where the electrical panel would be. This was not on the plans, from his experience, he thought it would be helpful. While putting in the forms, he pointed out something that he noticed was not normal in the plans. He was very polite and respectful about it, and he expressed the cons he found about that design feature in the foundation. He was glad to do the foundation work to match how the plans showed the feature. He didnt have to speak up, but he did when something didnt seem right to him. I appreciate his communication and advocacy for doing the right thing. He did an efficient job with attention to detail and the foundation turned out great.

  I highly recommend this company, Concrete of God, and the gentleman who runs it, *******. For further details, read on. This company was hired as a subcontractor by my contractor to do the excavation and foundation for our new ADU. We had all the plans, city permits and had the site marked by a surveyor. Through the entire project he and his team were kind and polite. He seemed to work seamlessly with our contractor. One of the things I was impressed by was his attention to detail. He measured multiple times and identified discrepancies between the surveyor and the plans of just a few inches. After each step, he measured again.******** team worked efficiently and was able to give us (and the contractor) excellent estimates as to when specific work would be completed so that the city inspection, the structural engineer and the surveyor could be scheduled ahead of time to come and do their work seamlessly so the concrete could be poured on the scheduled day.A few other details: 1) Super honest. When they were leaving, I mentioned I couldnt find my shovel (which I later found under other construction materials), and they offered to leave one of their shovels. I declined, but worthy of note. 2) He attached a grounding wire to the rebar under where the electrical panel would be. This was not on the plans, and nobody asked him to, but he offered to do it. 3) Finally, what most impressed me was that he pointed out something in the plans that he noticed was not normal. He was very polite and respectful about it. He was glad to do the foundation work to match how the plans showed the feature. He ended up being right about it and the architect changed the design. 4) When he didnt know how we or the architect wanted something, he asked, usually through our main contractor.He did an efficient job with attention to detail and the foundation turned out great.
