      Look out for these crooks, they like doing fraudulent "Vehicle Title Lien Sale" stuff, should they, or someone over at Hercules P.D. decide to tow your vehicle, even right off private property without any authorization. They will WAY UNDERVALUE your vehicle at that point, which allows them to "FastTrack" the whole deal & get it all cleared for auction. All taking place without informing you of any of this, by a whole confluence of dirty tricks they have up their sleeve. They will refuse to give you any information or even a single sheet of paper, both in person or by request. They likley will decline to even talk to you, unless you waive around a fistful of cash in the outside window. Don't count on your belongings to be safe either. Several thousand dollars worth of heavy steel construction tools, torch bottles, engine driven welding generator. 100' of 3/4" copper welding leads, welding supplies, etc ... All never seen again. Nobody took any inventory of all that. NOT the Hercules P D. or ******** Tow. I was never given anything about how much this will cost, who authorized tow, the workings of this whole procedure, who to ask questions of & who the actual people in charge to ******** a complaint with. Nothing laid out on paper or verbally. I didn't know where they actually removed my ****************** to. I was left with NOTHING. While wirking out pre-requisite $300 in fees despite no violations or tickets or anything being given to it by the ***. Whike haggling with them, Olivers says they disposed and crushed my vehicle, despite knowing I wanted it back (I owned this for the last 28 years). But mysteriously .....it now has a new Title & a new owner someplace else, auctioned & the ******* refuse to tell me anything. So does everybody else. This should be great theater, fun & rather amusing....watching them squirm trying to answer for all that in court. Cops included.
