      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have phone records that show that the driver reached my location at 11:05am and the vehicle was dropped off at the garage at 12:15pm. A total of 1 hour and 10 min, lets round it up to 1.5 hours. How can you charge for 2.5 / 3 hours???

       

      When I set up the appointment the day before the man on the phone CLEARLY stated $440 for 3 hours worth of work then changed it to 2 hours of work which was fine with me being that from one location to another it was only 26 miles.

      It was the preset appointment with a preset price. I was told NOTHING about the "START TIME" starting when the driver leaves the shop. What happens if the driver was stuck in traffic for 2 hours, then I would have to pay for that. RIDICULOUS

      Plus, there office/shop are located in ******* 4 min from the pick up location. How did it take the driver ***** min. to get to the pick up location (again, I have phone records).

       

      And apparently, I paid for the time from the drop off location back to the office/shop. Again, what if there was an accident. And where is the proof that it took the driver "X" amount of time to get back to the office/shop.

       

      Not saying that the driver didn't do he's job cause he did. I'm upset that I was quoted one price and made to pay another. And after multiple calls and run arounds trying to solve the situation that these are the lengths I need to go to. 

       

      I was charged $585, I was quoted $440. I just want the difference returned.

      ould have told me that other story on the phone I would have NEVER agreed to that...I've have called the company multiple time starting on Nov. 30th, 2023. I have least call 7 times and every time I get the same reply, someone from there accounting department will call you within 3 days. And they never do.

      1. its says complaint on repair, and the text compliant is about prices.

      2.We gave the customer over the phone a price of $225 per hour minimum of 2h , job took 3h.. we charged 2.5h
