      I have purchased 3 oliso irons over the last 2 years 1 at a quilt shop, 1 from Amazon and the last one from Joanns.. all 3 of them have stopped working.. I tried to return Thru store channels but can not return and was directed to the company. First person I spoke with was ****** and I explained the situation and she assured me that it was no problem and I did not need my receipt.. I explained to her the issues with all 3 irons.. and sent her pictures.. *** then took over the claim and came back and said they would only replace the smaller iron and the 2 bigger ones they would not stand behind.. my first iron just stopped working.. (during the end of Covid the small iron is so hot to the touch you have to use a hot pad to touch it.. the third iron is a large one and it was still working a little bit but shutting on and off and randomly started lifting up and down on its own randomly.. it stopped working 2 days ago completely and will not even power on.. Im beyond frustrated with this company and I have gotten no where and no response from any upper management.. I woul like them to stand behind their products as the irons are ****** for large and ***** for small.. not cheap.. I pray that you can reason with them and replace at least 1 big iron as well as the smaller iron..
