    My mother is currently in the *********** unit at High Desert Haven in **********, **. I live in *******. My weekly phone calls are my life line to her and vice versa. However, since the new owners took over in July 2024, I have been unable to easily reach my mother. First the facility changed the telephone number to the *********** unit with no notice to me. Then they disconnected the replacement number with no notice to me. Leaving me unable to reach my mother for weeks. Now there is one phone number that rings on the assisted living side, but the employees have no clue how to get the phone to the memory care side. I have left no less than 4 messages for *****, the manager, without a return call. The employees sound confused and are forced to use their own cell phones to connect me and my mother.Since the new owners, it is chaotic, unprofessional, and I worry if the care has gone down hill as well. I am worried and scared for my mother. And still no return call from *****....
