Wednesday the 28th of January I had my truck tow to **** and Sons automotive shop by Inyo Towing. I wasn't there for the towing from my premises to the shop. My girlfriend was present and told me the towing guy driving a red tow truck wrongfully towed my F150 Raptor pick-up. When he got to the house he asked her if the truck started at all to which she replied that we thought we were having issues with the fuel pump so she wasn't sure it was going to start. He asked her to try, and it did crank and start at the first try, but you could hear the engine was struggling, which she pointed out and turned off the truck right away. She asked him if she needed to put the truck on neutral and he told her they were going to try to drive the truck up the ramp, she said she wasn't sure and explained that if they hit the gas pedal most likely it was going to shut down, he said to try anyway, she moved the truck carefully not stepping on the gas pedal at all just enough so he could tow it but then he asked her to get it up the ramp, she replied that she needed help because it wasn't her car and she didn't feel comfortable driving up, so he offered to do it himself. He drove the car all the way up, and as she expected, the truck shut down and went all the way down the ramp, and only then he towed it the proper way. The automotive shop took them a whole day to find out the engine did not crank or start at all and found two damage pistons. The truck crank and start before it was driven up the towing ramp. So, most likely the towing guy put a strain on my engine, further damaging it on the process of getting up the ramp. He should not have done that, not knowing what is wrong with the vehicle. The point of the tow truck is to get a non workable vehicle from point A to B in a professional manner.

Wednesday the 28th of January my driver went to the apartment complex where this vehicle was located. He asked the woman if the vehicle ran and she replied yes that she thought it was having fuel issues. It was sputtering. He then asked her if she could pull it out of the parking space so that he could get to it with the tow truck, which she did. The driver then hooked the vehicle up and pulled it up onto the tow truck bed. At no time did my driver drive this vehicle, especially not up the ramp. This vehicle has had an ongoing mechanical issue as we have towed it at least three times. We towed it from Kramer Junction when it had mechanical issues to their apartment, then from the apartment to a mechanic shop and then from the mechanic shop back to the apartment complex.

I am rejecting this response because:
That is a complete lie. The first guy that towes my vehicle even told me that the guy that drove the red truck is notorious for driving vehicles up the ramp. My girlfriend was there when the truck was driven up the ramp. The owner is definitely covering his tracks as well as the guy thst drove the red truck. I wish the apartment complex had cameras and they would have been caught in the act. This towing place has really bad reviews. They did towed my truck the first time from where I got stuck to my apartment then from my apartment to **** and son mechanic shop (that's when the guy that drove the red towing truck drove my truck up the ramp knowing there was an issue with the engine. That guy comes from lake ******** and works for Inyo county towing.) I wasn't there because i arrived late, i got there once the truck was on the towing truck bed. Afterwards it got towed back to my apartment complex because I was not going to pay 15k for a new engine. So I had it towed again this time with the first guy that towed my truck he did an excellent proper towing. Later I had it towed again with a mechanic that was going to charge me way cheaper.
