    I am extremely disappointed with the care our dog, ****, received from Dr. ****** ******** at Rimforest Animal Hospital.During our first visit, **** was misdiagnosed and given unnecessary antibiotics, despite actually suffering from Pannus, a serious eye condition. This misdiagnosis delayed the proper treatment and put Theos eyesight at risk.When we returned for a follow-up visit, Dr. ****** ******** refused to prescribe the correct medication, simply because she didnt have it in stock. To make matters worse, she was unprofessional and rude, dismissing our concerns and telling us to go elsewhere if we werent satisfied. Her lack of empathy and care for our dogs health left us feeling frustrated and abandoned.I expected a higher level of professionalism and compassion from a veterinarian, but this experience has been nothing but disappointing. I do not recommend this clinic for anyone seeking attentive and reliable care for their pets.
