I used the Cardtronics ATM in my local grocery store to withdraw money on 06/05/24. I used this ATM because they have Allpoint, which doesn't charge fees for those like myself that are using Direct Express Card to withdraw funds from SSI payment. I put in for a $300 withdraw but received a message on the screen that stated that my money was "retracted because the time alloted had exceeded"...this wasn't true because money never appeared to begin with and I never received my $300. i immediately called my card company to check my balance and sure enough the $300 was taken out of my account anyway although I NEVER received it. I called Cartronics which admitted they seen that the transaction "Retracted" my money & that I didnt receive it. I filed acomplaint with BBB because even after escalating the case I never receieved my $300. because of BBB Cardtronics reached out to me via email & asked me for additional info which i sent the request info back to them immediately....i never heard back frm them again! This money was part of my Rent so i received a late fee and had to borrow the amount that was stolen from them, which sent me into debt because of actions of Cardtronics, no fault of my own. Its almost been a year and still haven't received any resolution or my $300 back. I'm disabled in remission and its sad that this company has been able to STEAL my money and i've received no help or even empathy in how much this transaction has stressed me and impacted my life. I just want my money back! It has been almost a year. Please help.Initial Complaint

I attempted to make a withdrawal from a cardtronics ATM but I was counting my first withdrawal and I took too long to grab the second withdrawal and the atm sucked it back in before I could grab it. The amount is $260. This all happened on December 28th at 11:43 for the second withdrawal, the withdrawal I made first was $400 at 11:42 am. I have talked to my bank, the store where the atm is and cardtronics since that date and I just keep getting the run around. Please help, this is a lot of money to meInitial Complaint

**** On 11/2 , in **********, *******, at Caseys General Store, I , **************************, made a withdrawal request for $100. The tra transaction was dispensed but I did not gather money from machine in time allotted (I was checking my lottery tickets rught next to the Atm) and the monies were sucked back into the machine. I received a transaction receipt that stated the monies were not dispensed. I did not retain this receipt unfortunately. I then made a successful withdrawal. However, on my bank account it is withdrawn for both. I did not receive the $100 in regard to the first withdrawal. Total deducted is $105.75. Denial letter from Square attached hereto. I went to utilize a surcharge free *** with a prepaid **** debit card I received for donating plasma. An allpoint atm at ********** it had $100 on it and when you put the card in the *** it has a predatory button initially asking if you want your balance on the receipt making the implication that at the end of the transaction you will receive a receipt with a balance the button is also predatory because it is green and makes it look like a continue button but that button just gives you your balance and charges you a fee for it. It is extremely predatory to put it front and center to make someone charge a fee so when I go to withdraw the $100 I have less than $100 and now I pay another fee for my transaction getting declined. The entire *** is set up to be predatory and anti-consumer and they refuse to give me my charges back. I have been effectively stolen $.70 and unable to access 20 entire dollars of the money I made donating plasma without paying a fee even though the *** was advertised as surcharge free.Initial Complaint

I made a withdrawal from an ATM approximately a week ago. I didn't remove the money quickly enough and the machine kept the money. I called the company immediately but I was unable to speak with anyone. I have also emailed the company the next day. However, I still have not receive a response.
