  DD was assigned for toilet warranty work. They changed parts which did not fix the problem. Another appointment was schedule. They didn't show. I made several calls to DD and was told they had ordered more parts or were working with the warranty company. When I finally called the warranty company (I should have called them sooner) I was told DD reported the problem fixed a month ago, and that was the only feed back they had from DD.I am in the customer service business. The service, or lack of service is inexcusable.

  I am disgusted by all the posts from customers of The ***** *********** ****** presumably the owner and his wife ***********************! Not to add, their staff! My significar other worked for ****** on a few jobs and for all those jobs the customer ms were extremely happy and beyond satisfied with what My boyfriends work and the other workers that were part of it (with him-not Randons normal crew) intels. However, one of the customers started contacting me to reach ****** and he and his office stopped picking up on him. ****** never went back to complete his part, and he was paid months ahead! We were told by ****** that the material (shower walls and pan) would be paid the day of installation which is the same day it was picked up from the shop, and prior to end of ft, he would also pay the job - the story went on, every day it became a different excuse only to find out *********************** had accepted full payments via Zelle in December yet hired us end *** to do the job in Feb. This is theft! And it is intent to steal as well! ****** lied the whole time saying he has waiting for the customer to pay him so he can pay out! Same time we had completed two other jobs and both were paid in full, ****** lied saying he was billing the insurance warranty for one and the cc payment from the other customer never posted to his account! Lies ! The project manager confirmed ****** billed for services not rendered to the Insurance in Dec 22, while he hired us in Mid *** saying it would fall into a Net30, Random had already received full payment! For the flooring project (third in the pipeline completed) ****** lied to the customers and lied to us saying the customer had a signed agreement of. contract the customer did not pay for in full and that the cc was flagged for fraud so he didnt have the funds to pay out. Lie again. ***** the wife had staff call my phone and leave v/messages saying its the accountant and when i call ***** hangs up ghetto/cussing refusing to give info.

  No star !_minus a star. Was promised a refund of money and I getting nothing but put offs and excuses. ****** . **** answer just his wife. Excuses like he had to go to hospital for infection, next their son is having issues. Always putting me off. If nothing by Monday Im going to LPD to file for elder abuse. CSB ********** business contractors have suspended his liscense. American home shield warranty sent him here as I have a home warranty. He said not to work with them, they probably wont ok job. Sad that these people are even allowed to be in business. Would not recommend to ANYONE!! **********

  The Castro, Drain Dude, business is a scam. They not only took a $5K deposit from my family but refused to refund the money when they refused to complete the work. They also kept $10K worth of tile that we paid for. I already filed a contractor's bond claim and a credit card dispute for the tile they stole. They were real quick to block me when I posted a negative recommendation on social media. Unfortunately, we are not the only people they have done this too. I have proof! They are lairs and thieves. I would leave zero stars if I could.
