      I am writing to formally escalate the ongoing issue regarding the permit for my HVAC installation. ***** Air and Heating installed my new HVAC unit in July 2024, having been referred to me by ********************, which also has their contact and address information. As part of their service, Lees Air and Heating was paid to request an installation permit from the ********************************** has been over six months, and I have not received the required permit. Despite multiple attempts to contact **** Air and Heating via phone and email, no one has responded. This lack of communication and failure to fulfill a paid obligation is completely unacceptable.This issue remains unresolved until I receive the permit I paid for.

      I paid 75 for inspection on air conditioner.Tech said it could not be done due to sealant on port.Tech then lied and said it wad a brokem service port.I asked for estimate and received no call back and now they dont answer.
