      The worst possible experience imaginable from this business. Where do I start. Got a complete new system new condenser and heat pump new copper pipes. The team that came in where extremely unprofessional in there work. My wall by the attic entrance was slightly damaged when lifting the heat pump and was kept a secret from me no one said a word, found out after when they left for the day I saw the hole in my wall and the 2 dents in the door molding frame. The next day they came to complete the install, the guy that replaced the air vents was completely careless and while removing the silicone that surrounded the vents with his utility knife he made several cuts into my ceiling and once again without saying a word and also left them uncentered and some not pushed in all the way. The ones in the attic where just as bad they left all there trash everywhere, brackets from the old unit still stuck to the 2x4 where they just cut them instead of removing them, the new air ducks had cut all throughout them and never bothered sealing them, the new copper pipe had a massive kink in it and was left that way, the old copper pipe was left hanging up there instead of being removed, certain brackets where free floating or strapped down not bolted, and the most dangerous thing was the old gas line from the original furnace was not capped properly, there was no pipe threading or sealant on the threads. All they did was literally cap it. All these mistakes were found by me two days later when I went up into the attic and also realized that Ive been leaking natural gas into my house for two days because the unprofessional work done. Just The catastrophe that couldve happened if I never went up there to check the work that was done having natural gas leak into your house, possibly poisoning my family or even having some kind of explosion, killing my family because of ignorance. I have pictures and video but dont see an area where I could upload them.

      Great reputable company. The technician explained to me the problem and the options I had to repair and what he was going to do before he made the repair. Told me the repair cost, which was reasonable .I highly recommend this company if you need your AC/Heater repaired or a new one installed.
