    On 11/02/2023 had this shop attempt to fix the oil leak, paid and pick up the truck then couple of days later noticed it was leaking again, went back in and was told to bring it back the following week.I did and it sat from Tuesday to Friday and never touched it.So ***** the manager said that he'll pick up the truck next week on Tues or Wens 26th or 27th after Christmas.So I waited and no one showed up or called.Enough is enough.

    I want to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and would like a chance to make it right. We have had personnel issues, as well as  my having  to take some time off of work to take care of health related issues. I would still like to repair the vehicle free of charge. 

    The original leak was extremely bad, but after we had replaced the timing cover and oil pan gasket, a small leak still existed. I can peform the repair in the morning and have ready by the afternoon . 

    Once again I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
