My car has been at this shop since January. My car warranty company sent me there. I have been dealing with a woman named Wendy. She has kept giving me excuse after excuse, dental work, car accident, hospitalized for kidney failure, and now jury duty. My warranty company has paid her for the repairs and still my car is in the shop. First she said the engine was ordered and was on its way on a delivery truck once I complained to a customer support line she calls me and tells me she is going to have someone go get one from a dealer that didn't happen then she calls and tell me sorry it will be picked up tomorrow bottom line no engine no repairs, it's one excuse after another and on top of all this she is asking me for $1000.00 core fee when there have been no repairs to my car and no proof that she has ordered anything. I don't mind paying that fee if in fact it is valid but I hope you can understand my hesitation in providing additional money when she has been so shady with the way she is running her business. Plus it doesn't make sense for her to say that the engine is on it's way and then turn around and say she is going to go get another one from a dealer. I went there on 05/23/2023 to see that the engine had in fact arrived. When I get there I was told that she was not there , they showed me an engine that was supposed to be mine so I asked to see the receipt for the engine to verify that in fact the engine that was purchased was for my car. They show me the receipt but there was no mention on the receipt that she had to pay for a core fee of $1000.00 that she is asking me to pay for. I start asking questions and and all of the sudden she emerges from the back of the shop very aggravated. So she was there she was avoiding me like she has done before. I verified with the place she purchased the engine and they told me that if she had paid a core fee it would have said so on the receipt. She refuses to show proof that she had to pay that core fee.
