    07/26/2024 Paid on line and had reservation for 7:30 p.m.4 people 1 hour 1/2 to play Took us to lane 5, was trying to play but had to keep resetting the button. This went on for 10 minutes. Then the manager moved us over to lane 6. Played on that for about 25 minutes when everything on the screen got wiped out and it was trying to reboot for 10 minutes when they once again moved us over to lane 7 now. By that time it was 9:00 p.m. and we had to go. So we basically lost 30 minutes or so of play time. The manager offered more time but we had to leave. She said to contact corporate office. I'm not rich, I paid ****** and I would like a refund. The whole situation was upsetting and embarrassing. We have a friend who was on leave from the coast guard and I wanted to treat him to something fun. And everything went south. They kept trying to offer free passes but I just wanted my money back at that point.
