    **** with California Sunroom aka Riverside Sunroom Sales, came out on 9-22-2022. They were my third estimate for an enclosed patio. He measured my patio and explained the process of the job and I agreed to go forward. I gave him a 3,000.00 deposit toward the materials, which he said was required to order the materials. The entire job would cost 15,900.00. Estimated completion date was 1/22/23 on the contract. On September 22, 2022, **** sent their contractor that does their installation named ***** with All Pro/*** ****** **** ******* *** **** *** **** ** ****** *** ********* License No. ******. He came out and measured my patio and we talked about electrical outlets to be installed and also outside light fixtures. He said he required deposit of 600.00 which was to be included with the total balance of the the job. We also discussed a building permit which I had no experience in obtaining. ***** suggested his inspector ***** *****. I contacted ***** ***** to obtain the permit with the city of ****** ********** ***  I paid ***** ***** the requested amount of 1,000.00 and he went through the process of getting the city permit. The permit was approved for the exact design I discussed with the contractor *****, but under the name of Higher Quality Construction, 30795 Mossey Bend lane, ###-###-####. Lic. ******., which ***** ***** said they get their permits under that name. Over, the next couple of months I heard nothing from either company so in January 203, I left messages for ***** with All Pro/Higher Quality Construction and left messages for California Sunroom/Riverside Sunroom. ***** with California Sunroom did get back with me and got a hold of ***** to get back with me. ***** did call back and he said the material would arrive in about a week.

    On February 8, 2023, two gentlemen unexpectedly arrived. One named *****, who said they were with All Pro. They had came in a large truck with the materials. I let them in and showed them where the enclosure was to be. They had no knowledge at all of the job description so I went over it with them. They measured again and than they told me they could not do the job because the material would not fit. They said my patio was too low for the material that was ordered and they could not do the job. After measuring several times, they said they could not do it and tried to get a hold of ***** with All Pro, which I assumed was their boss. I called ***** with California Sunrooms and told him what was going on. The two gentlemen with All Pro could not reach ***** and the one gentleman was irritable because the job could not be done and he wanted to leave to get the next job done. ***** with California Sunrooms said he would get a hold of ***** with All Pro and get back to me. The men with All Pro left to their next job.

    The next day, February 9th, ***** called me and told me that the job could not be done because my patio was too low and they had never had or seen anything like that before. I called ***** with All Pro and he said they could not do the job and than started explaining it could be done if all these changes were made. I decided to cancel the job altogether because it was not what I wanted and asked ***** for my money back. I than cancelled the job with ***** with California Sunrooms and asked for my money back.

    As of yet I have not heard from anyone from either company but I did speak with ***** with California Sunroom again on March 8, 2023. He said he would check with corporate and find out what was going on. As of today, I am still waiting for some kind of reply. Thank you.
