    Please see the attached letters and documentation for a full account of the fraudulent accounting practices demonstrated by Masters Coffee and Water, the lack of respectful communication, the fraudulent collections case, and the harassment experienced by ******* and ***************************. This case has been escalated to the CA Attorney General as well. There are multiple complaints on Yelp of other customers experiencing the same treatment and the *** owner of the company responds unprofessionally and continues to berate consumers with issues even putting their personal information online for the public to see.

    This was an account that we sent to collections on 05/17/2023 for our cooler and due to non-payment since May of 2022, and no delivery since August of 2022. She only contacted us after we sent her to collections.Prior to sending to collections we tried contacting her multiple times by email, mail, and phone. We emailed and mailed a past due notice on 10/27/22, 3/22/23,and 04/19/23 with no response. We called 10/10/22 and 11/3/22 no answer. She also received an email automatically after each invoice is created. We were able to finally make an arrangement with her to pick up our cooler only after sending her to collections, but she still had a balance due. She refused to understand that she still had a balance due. ******* did talk to her at length and she also spoke to ***** ( the owner) but she still refused to understand that she still had a balance. To put an end to this we did write off the balance and informed her by email that she doesn't owe anything. But she still decided to report to you, as well as make bad reviews about Master's.Thank you for your time and understanding.
