    Review: ****************************************** 12 - POOR SERVICE, NOT RECOMMENDED!I had high hopes when I upgraded to ****************************************** 12, especially after dealing with frustrating issues in the previous version. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.Customer Support:The primary issue lies in the customer support, which appears to be just as lacking as mentioned in previous reviews. I experienced a persistent cursor insertion point offset problem while using Virtual Architect Professional 11, which I managed to fix temporarily by reinstalling the software. However, this problem returned after a short period, leading me to upgrade to version 12 in hopes of a more permanent resolution. Ongoing Issues:While the software started out okay, within a month, I found myself facing the same cursor issue once again. This consistency is extremely frustrating and undermines the software's usability. The added stress of paying for support on top of an already hefty purchase is unacceptableI feel that having paid for the software should include comprehensive customer support.Overall Impression:I cannot recommend ****************************************** 12 due to the ongoing technical issues and inadequate support. It's disheartening to see that the problems have not been resolved from version 11 to 12, and I urge potential users to consider these factors before investing in this software.

    I purchased Virtual Architect Professional Home Design Ver 11 on 03/29/23 and tried the product. Although my laptop exceeds the required system processor and ram the product is slow and locks up often. I attempted to get a refund using the companies refund form but the email address on their form is no good and another email address they provide says the mailbox is full so they cant except any emails, the phone number they give says due to covid they are still closed. the company is Nova Development and my order number is 1087297329.

    Hi, I purchased Virtual Architect V11 directly from Nova Developments website on Friday January 27 2023, with the company providing a "Full Money Back Guarantee" if not satisfied. I cannot even open the software. I have a Mac. Apparently the download requires a PC. I need a refund. I cannot use it. I followed the refund process outlined on the Nova Developments website, and emailed the attached form to the email address provided: ********@novadevelopment.com The email bounces back. The email address is not valid. I emailed Customer Service: ***************@novadevelopment.com This email also bounces back, not a valid email address. I need a refund. *****

    Date of transaction: 05/16/2022 9:09 am. Office Max Grand Island Ne. I am unable to get ahold of anybody at the business to resolve a refund. I have tried calling but get a voice recording to email them due to staffing shortages, so I email them and it came back as undeliverable. I am unable to download the software. I have a new laptop without a disc drive so I have been trying to download with the software serial number, etc. I paid $2.95 for the extended 2 years to be able to use the download. I can't get it to download and all I want is a refund of the 69.99 plus sales tax of 9%. = $76.29 thank you

    Since she purchased from a big retailer, we had to see proof of purchase before we could cut her a check. This caused a delay, but we were able to issue a check and overnight it to the customer.

    I purchased a product from Staples that the Nova Development company produces. The product did not function as advertised in the product itself. I contacted Nova Development and they suggested that I ensure my laptop schematics would suffice. I recently completed all their suggestions. I contacted Nova Development again after ensuring my laptop meets the schematics requirements. The Nova Development company did research, and they discovered that the features advertised on the product in fact do not function on the product, but the Nova Development company wants me to purchase a new product. The Nova Development company must provide a product which performs all the features that I paid for originally as referenced in the Nova Development customer service case numbers 302182 and 253355.
