      I hired *** to install new sprinkler heads in my home. He quoted the job at $600, and required a deposit of $240, which I sent to him via Venmo on 2/17. *** cancelled and rescheduled the job multiple times. Finally, he arrived at my home to complete the project, only to then state that he did not have the proper tool. He took one of my sprinkler heads with him to go to the shop or store and obtain the correct tool. He never returned. Since that time, we have called and text Ray many times to get the deposit - and sprinkler head - back. When we connected with ***, he told us that his father had passed away, and it was obvious that he was going through a hard time. We waited a couple weeks before reaching out again. *** connected with us and told us he would be returning our money and deposit the next week, but then never showed. After texting and calling him a couple times, he told me via text on 5/17 that he would Zelle me my deposit on Friday of that week, but didnt. Since then, I have Venmo requested him and sent him my QR codes for both Venmo and *****, but he has not responded, called or text back or returned my money for the work that he did not complete.

      We Paid $48369.38 for a job at our restaurant (**********) from Raymond Ortega Fire Consultants for a lot of exhaust fan and hood work that was never completed. When reaching out to ******* we were ignored or told her would call us back, which also never happened.
