    Promised to serve 75 people
    For churro and tacos services
    Showed up 1 hours 1/2 late
    Didn’t show up with services ordered in entirety
    Grilled onions didn’t show up
    Limes didn’t show up
    No nachos
    Ran out of tortillas, asada, beans
    Didn’t serve for the whole 2 hours as signed in contract.

    I hired them on 5-20-23, for a graduation party. They were late, they were scheduled to at 8:00pm, they showed about 45 minutes late; and then they had a hard time getting their equipment to work. They did not have any lighting, so they were trying to get set up in the dark. I Paid for the Frappuccino, and Ice coffee, hot dog cart and churros and ice cream. To my embarrassment, they served the coffee in dixie sample cups and no Frappuccino. The hot dogs cart ran out of hot dogs. The guy could not keep up with serving my guest. The churros were okay, but he needed additional help serving and making churros for all my guests. The guy that was serving the coffee was away from the cart trying to help the hot dog guy start him grill. A TOTAL MESS. Now they will not call me back, nor respond to my text. I walked into the shop in Riverside yesterday, but the employees refused to take my phone number or provide the owners phone number, they said I would have to catch her (Janice) around 11:00am or closing time. BBB needs to close them down ASAP, or investigate.
