    I've had various background checks done over the last decade, this company has been totally inept. They advertise 3-5 business day's. Don't believe it. Two weeks in and I'm still waiting. When I called them to see if my background had been completed, I was told they can't reveal the status of my case. Seriously! It's my information! Doing research online I learned why its taking so long and why a background company wouldn't have the simple accreditation of the BBB. There inept! I can only imagine how many people have lost good opportunities to these a-holes!
    I don't get how a company could turn a blind eye to all the complaints all over the internet about this company. It's a scam and should be investigated.

    This company has been harassing me for private info about a former employee. I’ve confirmed he worked for me and was good but they want more. Won’t even tell me why. I can’t responsibly share more info with them but they are calling me 2-3 times/day and say they won’t stop until I submit some sort of paperwork. It’s absurd.
