    DO NOT use this company unless you don't mind be*** ripped off and lied to! ****** is a fraud and a thief! Even his address is a lie (it's a residence and he sold in February 2023). When I first spoke to ****** he seemed kind as I was in terrible grief and he said all the right th***s that made me and my family trust him (he lost his parents, etc). He preys on vulnerable people!!! And there is no regulation or accountability so he knows people rely on the "honor system," which he knows noth*** about! Shame on ******! The first day they were at my mom's house to set up, he had his posse there to help, only to see them carry*** out bags and boxes of my mom's items. One large man came with a woman and they sat in the front yard eat*** and I heard their conversations and they left steal*** my mom's stuff. ****** at one point even asked if they had all taken their stuff as he "had his pile of th***s he was tak***." He also took a phone call the first day and said "I'm F-*** work***. Man-this house has more c*** These **** track homes!" I was in shock and it's all on video! The amount he told me the sale made is WAY under what we know he made! He also told us that after the sale they would ensure all would be gone. If he couldn't find anywhere to donate to, he would arrange for it to be hauled away, and we would pay for that. When I got to my mom's house after the sale I was in COMPLETE SHOCK!!! The carpets were trashed. There was so much stuff left and when I called him out I got to see the REAL ******. He said God's Help*** Hands was suppose to pick up the donations, but when I called they said he never arranged for it. Another lie! Shame on him and the people that stole from my mom. There is a large amount that he has stolen and he knows it. We will take this further as I don't want anyone else to go through this at a time of complete vulnerability and loss. He has no problem steal*** from the vulnerable. I dont' know how he sleeps at night!!!!
