      We used Teezers (also knows as Unified Spirit Wear) to purchase spirit wear shirts for our school, *************************. We began the process of having parents order shirts in August 2023 and as of today (Feb. 5th) we have not received the ***RRINTS. **** (one of the owners) did deliver shirts to us but they had the incorrect logo and some shirts and sweaters were missing. She was supposed to deliver the reprint of the shirts in late November and our parents are still waiting. Over $7,000 of shirts and sweaters were purchased from Teezers/Unified Spirit Wear and we are now requesting a full refund. This company has failed to deliver the correct amount of items, failed to deliver a re-print and parents who purchased these shirts/sweaters and spirit wear are upset at the school for not having a product that they purchased back in August. This is affecting the relationship we have with our parents and since Teezers accepted responsibly and said that they were going to deliver a reprint, then that is what we expected. It is now February 5th, 2024 and (6months since we ordered the shirts) and we are still being told FALSE promises that we are getting these shirts delivered. Teezers has failed to rectify this problem and we no longer want to deal with them. We expect a FULL refund for the purchases made. We have attached all the orders that were placed along with text messages and emails that state that the items would be delivered and its not happening. This company should not be in business and they need to take responsibility for their wrong doing by refunding the total that was paid. We no longer want the shirts, we just want a refund. We don't want to fall for lies anymore!

      I have emailed all families and staff to apologize that their orders were delayed due to a family emergency.  We had originally delivered all the spirit wear with the art from the previous year. Unfortunately I had pulled the wrong art when I was heading back to the hospital where my father was in critical condition.  We are a family business and our dad being in the hospital really affected our business. When I discovered that the spirit wear was printed with the wrong logo I told the *** that parents & staff could keep the spirit wear and we would replace them with new spirit wear with the updated logo that we had designed for them for free.  The last few months have been very stressful due to the family crisis and trying to keep up with all the deliveries to our schools.  I feel terrible for the delay and my customers being upset.  We have been in business since 1986 and pride ourself on keeping our customers happy. Unfortunately in this case I did not due that and I feel terrible.  I have done everything in my power to rectify the situation.  I let the parents & staff keep the first set of spirit wear as well as providing them with the second set for free.  In all our years of business I have never experienced a situation like this and I have made sure it will never happen again.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      This business still has not completed the refunds owed to out non profit organization.  A delay is a week or two. It took 4 months for her to deliver the product ordered. 7 months from the original wrong orders.  Alot of our families wanted refunds due to the "delay" . **** never even replied to the parents requesting refunds. We then had to refund these parents. At this point she owes us roughly $1500 in refunds.
