    Went to the ** for a minor problem. In and out in 40 min. After months of me repeatedly having to give my insurance information they finally submitted a bill. 3000 for the doctor and X-ray technician. No problem thinking its done. 6 months later they sent another bill for 7000 dollars. I ask for an itemized bill this time. Included in that mess of chargers was a 5000 bill for LVL 3 **. No one I talked to had any clue of what that even means. This is nothing but insurance fraud. Ive been to some of the most notoriously expensive hospitals in region. ***********, ******, ******** Memorial and none of them had never been so bold as to add an extra 5000 to a bill. Maybe 800 but not 5000. I filed a dispute and heard nothing. Filed another one and I got the middle finger again.

    hi. Yes, please do not ever go to Riverside community to stop. Do not know how to take care of 5150 patients. They dont know how to be carrying about their property. They dont know how to work with the clients so this hospital is not a good hospital.

    Horrible experience every time we go there. They cannot do something as simple as submit a bill to insurance. Called several times and they still can not do this simple task. Filed a complaint with the administration office and they said they would get back to me in 10 days. One month later and nothing. They sent the bill to collections because they could not perform this simple task of submitting the bill to the insurance.

    Had to go to ER and then stayed in the hospital till I was better and got discharged. Excellent treatment and human touch to each patient no matter how they react kindly or not, highly recommend them and wish the best of health to everyone. God bless
