    Very poor service!
    Cleaning was substandard. Particularly so in the master shower. I would call this a quick wipe down rather than the deep cleaning I requested. Grout was not scrubbed. Floor was not scrubbed. Shower window not cleaned. This service states it does not move anything to wipe under. So dust is still all over my sink counter top. Under my vanity area, shoe racks, behind hampers, bedside tables, bench etc. The owner Sonia B****** claims they are not allowed to move anything. However they did move some items on kitchen counter tops but not shelves which shows me they pick and choose what to move to clean ignored others at their discretion. They also skipped the highest shelves entirely until I checked it and then they did. When I expressed my concerns to Sonia I was given nothing but excuses and defensive responses to my very real concerns of what was not to my standards. Sonia did not offer an apology, did not offer to have another member of her staff return to complete the cleaning to my standard. She cut me off when trying to explain why I know the cleaning can and should be done more extensively. Sonia was further rude and condescending when I expressed to her that I’m not comfortable paying for substandard work, telling me “No problem. Keep the money you must need it more than I do.”
    She cut me off when I tried to explain to her the stains she claims who not come out I got out myself after the cleaning duo left. It takes more cleaning products and more elbow grease! You really got to get in there! That’s what I expect from a professional cleaning service. I did not expect the quick wipe down job that was done.
    If you want good service, deep cleaning, respect, open communication and overall quality Sonia at Evening Star Cleaning Service is not the right choice for you! Was not the right choice for me!
