    Office of Parker - Called numerous times on February 6th, 25 (very rude) advising of a court debt or need to serve. When I refused to talk and hung up, they called me multiple x, my husband 3x, then my mother (I'm over 40). Provided my mother with a case number and an number to call ***** *** and ***** Each time called from ***** ***-####. I'm positive it's a scam as I have no outstanding debt but putting this out there to warn others!

    Received a call about a civil complaint, when called back we spoke to **** ******* who was very rude, spoke over us and refused to send documentation in writing to us after he claimed it was sent 30 days ago. He said he would only be able to send it via email on the 2nd attempt. This was the red flag that made us question the validity of this company. He said we needed to agree verbally over the phone to what we would be willing to pay. We again said we will not state anything over a phone but if he wants to send us our options via mail we would be happy handle the matter. He started to get angry, talk over us and threaten to take further action. **** ******* said he would follow through with processing the claim and reach out to our employer to have the wages garnished. Please look into this company as they seem to be running a scam.

    They called my brother to collect on my supposed debt. Were extremely rude and refused to send me a letter to my new address saying they couldnt resend it because it had been past the 30 days to respond. When I googled their phone number the website would show up, but when I googled it the following day nothing came up. They tried to get me to set up a payment plan but when I continued to ask for them to send me a letter or at least an email they hung up on me. I think this might be a scam

    CALLED TODAY WOULD NOT DISCLOSE WHAT THE CALL WAS ABOUT, WAS VERY RUDE, I HAVE SENT THEM A CEASE AND DESIST TO ALL CALLS TRYING TO COLLECT A OLD **** FROM 2010 WE DONT EVEN ***, HAS CALLED MY DAUGHTER AND MY HUSBAND, AS WELL AS ME, WE HAVE NOW SPOKE TO YOU AND WE DO NOT WANT YOU CALLING US ANYMORE, WE HAVE SPOKE TO THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR, WE HAVE SPOKEN TO THE PERSON THEY SOLD THE **** TO, WHICH IS NOT YOUR COMPANY YOU BOUGHT THE **** FROM A THIRD PARTY, SO GO AWAY AND PLEASE HEAD THE WARNING OF US FILING A SUIT AGAINST YOUR COMPANY FOR HARRASSMENTM AS THE ***** LETTER AND EMAILED LETTER STATES AGAINST YOU AND THE THIRD PARTY COMPANY AS WELL AS THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR, LEAVE US ALONE AND QUIT CALLING COUSINS AUNTS AND IMMEDIATE FAMILY WE HAVE SPOKEN ALREADY NOW CEASE AND DESIST THE CALLS KIND REGARDS ************************* ENGLAND

    Called my father and was very threatening about a debt he doesn’t have, never had and in fact the credit card company didn’t exist when they said it did. Very aggressive when told he wouldn’t be paying before he received more information on the debt and was then called back to say he’d see him in court. Extremely fraudulent.
