    On March 12, I visited this *** location. I advised the agent that I needed to ship a package. I communicated to her multiple times that it was fragile and that it needed extra extra care and special packaging. The associate packaged my package which can be seen I camera footage if I pursue legal action where they can see her do that. I paid for my package, now I received notification my package was damaged and *** disposed it without my consent. I called the location and spoke to the manager. She said there was nothing she can do. She didn't even look at camera footage, speak to employee, she had no desire to help ne fix my issue. I am demanding a refund for the shipping cost for the package they did not fulfill , as well as the $279 for the crystal **** they damaged. Now, I have started calling again to request my receipt and my call was blocked by the business.

    When I went to take my package the line was out the door and I requested that my package be specially wrapped by *** reps but the rep told me that it was fine that way it was. Employee Rcpt ****** please see attached

    Customer refused ********************** packaging even though it was breakable. So on shipping document the store associate put a note saying "send as is". The store associate warned the customer that it could break during shipping, but the customer still refused ********************** packaging. The package got damaged during shipping and *** did not reimburse her because it was not store packaging. Store does not reimburse when *** denies the claims. Refund comes from *** only.!!!
