5 starsIf you want to get things done and make unimaginable things happen, Alin is your guy! I'm astonished of how efficient and strategic he is! It's not hard to tell that he has extensive experience in this field and has in-depth understanding of logistics of securing a real estate. He's is knowledgeable, reliable and have always been the constant source of truest information. I genuinely think he's better than Chat GPT. He's like the light that guided me through this journey. Alin just simply has this undefiable quality that make things possible. When I'm confused on something, he is so good in explaining and breaking down things for me step by step.I have worked with numbers of real-state agents, loan officer and brokers but Alin is nothing like others. What sets him apart from others is his spectacular ability to find creative solutions to clear barriers we encounter along the way of securing home for me and my little daughter. He was able to pull leverages I didnt know exist or even possible. I'm in awe of how equipped he is with unique perspective that allows buyers like me to approach challenges from different angles. This review is long overdue! I sold my Condo and purchased our new home thru Alin and we are very happy with his honesty, integrity and very knowledgeable realtor/broker! We also did the loan with APA MORTGAGE and we got the best rate! We look forward on working with you again in the future. Thank you!

5 starsThe best real estate broker! Really amazing! Fast response. They have a whole team to analyze and find a solution to my loan.
