  Do not recommend ************* OF RIVERSIDE CDJR, had supposedly got us approved on a jeep but then 10 days later they send a letter on cancellation of contract. I went back to return the jeep and get my down payment back but they said they were still working on an approval. They continued to run my credit for 2-3wks until I kept bugging them and just returned the vehicle. They were taking there time on reversing the down payment to my account. DO NOT RECOMMEND

  Negative 10 Review!! Worst communication ever. They have had my car for almost 2 months and I have to reach out for updates.The should be reaching out to me! They dont provide courtesy vehicles and in the whole 2 months I have only ever gotten ONE Update. They try to blame it on a new service advisor but maybe management needs to train their new people with proper training. Rather than blaming it on the newbies. Also they said they only cover Rental cars for 20 days! In 20 days My car should have been done and returned to me already. And also it doesnt help that they switch service advisors every couple of Months. That just shows how unreliable the team is. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

  That dealership is full of it. They lies very unprofessional because they left me and my wife stuck with no ride after they didn't do there parts

  Their diesel mechanic is a poor mechanic. Did terrible engine work. Took off parts that didnt need to be removed and damaged my Jeep while working on it. Didnt put it back together right missing clips in engine compartment for the radiator and fan. You only have one diesel mechanic so you know who you are! Just terrible experience overall. Will never buy or send anyone to this business again. I got a lemon!

  Buyers Beware! Avoid this dealership at all costs. They are liars, we tell them we have two little girls, including a newborn and that it would take us an hour to get to the dealership. We asked them to please not waste our time and we come to an agreement on the phone. We get there and they say they cant fulfill the deal. ****, their assistant sales manager tells us after making us wait two hours that they cant get to the figure that we agreed upon. Do yourself a favor, drive past this dealership and go to another one, trust me, you will regret ever walking in their doors, I know I never well again!

  To be honest I love my Jeep, but I truly wish I never bought it from Moss. Bros. Almost 3 years and ongoing problem they’re not willing to go above and beyond to correct the problem which is causing me time and money spent on gas going back and forth. First of all when I bought the Jeep I noticed a dent on the top of the Jeep and they assured they will fix it. I have called an emailed them. They avoided me at all cost. Secondly, my battery keeps going dead and this is the 3rd battery in less than 3 years. They would only change one battery when they should change both main and auxiliary batteries. They would not because it’s still under warranty. One battery is killing the other. What’s the point of bringing it back and forth ending up cost them more money when they could simply change both batteries. They keep saying tests shows nothing wrong with the electrical issue. Changing batteries 3x in less than 3 years when each one should last 4-5 years. Nothing is wrong, really.

  They scammed us out of $18,000!!!!!! They did a bait and switch on us and had us believing we were buying a 2019 Jetta R-line for $19,000 and in reality it turned out to be 37,000. They told us we had to buy the packages because everything was already in the car. The brakes were, and still are messed up after "fixing them." There was a light hanging under the passenger visor that they were going to fix (they never did). The car was backed into something and covered up in paint. Everything was shady about this place and when we sat down with manager he literally did not care cause at the end of the day they just took all that money from us.
