      BBB Complaint I purchased a publication of a divorce summons on 04/13/2023 for $270. It ran on 04/20/2023, 04/27/2023, 05/04/2023, and 05/11/2023. I was supposed to receive a proof of publication 4-6 weeks later. It did not arrive. My mother and I tried to reach them for several weeks to ask for a status on the proof of publication. My mother was able to get a response on 07/17/2023. They said that they had made a typo in the publication that they would need to run a correction for on 07/24/2023, then would provide the proof of publication. No proof came. My mother and I called for several weeks. On 08/08/2023, *********************** called us back, stating that she would start the process of getting the proof of publication, and it would take up to three weeks for it to arrive at our house via ***** It did not arrive. We called back on 08/29/2023 and received no answer. We then called the Riverside Chamber of Commerce, who told ***** to call us back. She called back on 08/30/2023 stating that she would get the proof of publication to us in a week. It did not arrive. We called back 09/15/2023 with no response. On 09/18/2023, *********************** called me back and told me that she was sending the proof of publication in the mail. It did not arrive. I checked the court records in case she sent it to the court instead, but it is not there either. My mom called on 09/28/2023 to ask that the proof be sent, and again there was no response. I would like the proof of publication. Can you get it to me?
