    If you have a loved one at this facility I would get them moved immediately. My mother had the worst experience ever with the nursing staff and landed back in urgent care with a blood clot in her leg. Left her alone constantly once they put her in a chair and they never answer the bed button calls.

    I sent my aunt with (no family nearby) some flowers the day after Thanksgiving. She did not receive them and multiple messages have not been returned. I checked with the florist who sent delivery confirmation and said a man took the flowers at the door and refused entry at 3pm.
    The florist said this facility is known for doing this and is one of the 2 in the area that does not pass on the flowers.
    This is unacceptable from the administration who clearly knows what is going on as I left multiple messages.
    If they overlook theft, what else do they allow?
