I had a great experience with Wham Plumbing for a toilet replacement service. They were able to schedule the appointment right away, which was huge plus. The technician was very knowledgeable, polite and completed the work in a timely manner. Pricing was fair and the overall service was smooth and professional. I highly recommend Wham Plumbing!

5 starsWe had Wham plumbing out at our property. And it was a fantastic experience they came out under ***** manufacture warranty. And they had the part in truck. Wham Plumbing pulled through and they did it through rain. And it did not cost us anything. Thanks, WhamReview fromJay G

1 starAVOID WHAM! Scammers. Iinitially, they came on time, very nice technician, did inspection, and claimed a part needed replacement, tried to repair it with no luck, and promised to return the same day with a replacement-which he didn't. The following day, the company called, asserting the replacement wasn't covered by insurance but offered it for free in exchange for a 5-star review. Our home warranty confirmed the part was approved for repair or replacement. When we refused to give the 5 star review before the job was completed, contact with them became impossible, it seemed like they were screening calls. Through our warranty, who contacted them another technician was sent, claimed the same issue, that we needed a new part and promised to also return the same day, but never did, instead, **** falsely reported the problem as fixed to American Home Shield. We provided home video evidence to our warranty company, showing footage of the plumber acknowledging the part needed to be replace and that the job wasn't done. This ordeal with Wham went on for three weeks with lies, no resolution, three no-shows and hard to get a hold of them. Once our warranty saw the video, they sent a different company who completed the job in three days, installed the new part, and didn't ask for a review--but still gave them one, 5 stars, they earned it.Bottom line: AVOID Wham Plumbing at all costsReview fromNick C

5 starsWe had an outstanding experience with WHAM Plumbing! **** and ****** came to repair our pressure reducing valve and took the time to inspect our angle stops and supply line hoses. Their professionalism and attention to detail were impressive. Not only did they fix the problem quickly, but they also provided valuable insights into our plumbing system. **** and ****** are truly phenomenalfriendly, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. We highly recommend WHAM Plumbing to anyone in need of reliable and top-notch service!
