I have been attending the pool classes at Aquamotion Abilities Foundation for over six years and can confidently say that this program has been life-changing, not just for me, but for countless others. The classes are expertly designed to combine aerobics, stretching, resistance training, and HIIT, offering the perfect overall workout. Over the years, Ive personally witnessed many participants improve their health in remarkable ways. Blood pressures have lowered, pain has lessened, mobility has increased, and some have even been able to stop taking heart medications and diabetes drugs. Some of these individuals are in their 80s and are in fantastic shape, a testament to the effectiveness of the classes. The Aquamotion Abilities Foundation operates as a not-for-profit organization, driven by a genuine commitment to the well-being of its participants. For many years, the founder and director, who has over 30 years of fitness experience, selflessly ran the program without receiving any payment. Their dedication to creating a supportive, inclusive environment is evident in the number of seniors who enjoy the poolover 200 on some days. This community has become a second family to many, offering not just physical benefits but also a sense of belonging and support. The staff at Aquamotion have always conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism and care, prioritizing the safety and comfort of everyone involved. I can personally attest to the transparency and integrity with which the foundation operates. The idea of building a new pool was shared openly with participants, and any contributions were entirely voluntary. Many of the certified lifeguards are also fit seniors, and they are an inspiration to the rest of ***** conclusion, I wholeheartedly support Aquamotion Abilities Foundation and the incredible work they do. The benefits Ive seen in myself and others over the years are undeniable, and I hope this review helps to set the record straight.

Aquamotion abilities foundation staff, is belligerent and improperly trained and operate illegally often. The owner operator harassed my wife and made her feel very uncomfortable when she said things privetley like, they have a" symbiotic relationship" and then one day she told my wife to get her a** in the pool. Very unprofessional behavior hurt my wife's feelings and embarrassed her. We asked for an apology we received nothing. We contacted the Riverside City Parks and *************** and filed the complaint against her the Owner of "Aquamotion ability foundation". We also filed several police reports about the activities of her staff. We also notified adult protective services about the way she was treating a 90 year old senior citizen in our class. She consistently advertises amongst her senior citizen clientele efforts to build a $10 million pool. Privately built for her foundation through donations. I donated to the cause, then finding out that there's no plans to build a pool in the city of ********* , I felt defrauded potentially illegally in my opinion .The City council knew nothing about it, the City planning commission knew nothing about it. The Director of the Riverside City Parks and *************** knew nothing about it , nor did her staff. and stated they do not need another pool in the City with well over a dozen pools within the City of *********. There are at least three aquatic centers located in the city of ********* as well. I know several people will not return to her program because of the way she managed it operates it and treats individuals. And I know some individuals senior citizen clients of hers who are afraid of her and will not speak ill of her, the owner *****.
