    I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM AUTHORUINT JUST AS I WAS BEGINNING TO SEEK OUT A **** PRINTER FOR A REPRINT/REPUBLISH OF MY FIRST ****. I CHECKED OUT THEIR WEBSITE, LOOKED THEM UP ONLINE - EVERYTHING SEEMED LEGITIMATE. THE COMMUNICATION FROM ALL MEMBERS OF THE ***** WAS EXCELLENT & VERY TIMELY & PERSONABLE. THOUGH I WAS A BIT SLOW SENDING THEM THE FILES AND MANUSCRIPT, I THOUGHT I WAS IN GOOD HANDS.AFTER SENDING THE MANUSCRIPT & GRAPHIC FILES, ALL COMMUNICATIONS CEASED. I DIDN'T HEAR ANYTHING FOR ABOUT A MONTH. WHEN I REACHED OUT, I FOUND NONE OF THE ***** EXTENSIONS WERE WORKING *** COULDN'T GET ANY RESPONSE FROM ANYONE BY ***** OR EMAIL. IT WAS ONLY AFTER I MADE A FIRST REQUEST FOR A REFUND THAT I HEARD FROM THE PROJECT ******** *** LET HIM KNOW I COULDN'T REACH ANYONE, THAT I HADN'T RECEIVED ANY UPDATES ON MY PROJECT, & THAT I WAS CONCERNED. i HAD WORKED WITH OTHER PRINTERS IN THE PAST, & NEVER WENT WITHOUT HEARING FROM THE PROJECT TEAM AT LEAST WEEKLY. ****** ENSURED ME THAT THEY WERE WORKING ON FORMATTING MY **** & MAKING EDITS (WHICH I HAD ASKED THEM NOT TO MAKE) TO IMPROVE THE FORMATTING. I WAS UPSET ABOUT THE UNAUTHORIZED EDITS. I ASKED TO HAVE A CURRENT DRAFT SENT TO ME, BUT HE SAID HE COULD NOT SEND ME ONE WITHOUT DISRUPTING THE TEAM'S WORK. HE ALSO TOLD ME THEY WERE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THEIR ***** SYSTEMS, & THAT THEY'D HAVE THEM STRAIGHTENED OUT SOON. WELL, SIX WEEKS LATER, I HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN, STILL CANNOT REACH ANYONE, & HAVE REQUESTED A FULL REFUND OF MY PAYMENT FOR SERVICES I HAVE YET TO SEE ANY EVIDENCE OF. I'VE ALSO NOTICED THAT THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA PROFILES HAVE CHANGED,, ADDRESSES NOW SHOW AN OUT-OF-STATE ADDRESS (?!?!?), *** STILL HAVE YET TO SEE ANY EVIDENCE OF WORK BEING DONE ON MY PROJECT. I WOULD LIKE MY FILES DESTROYED ON THEIR END & A FULL REFUND FOR THE SERVICES I PAID FOR BUT HAVE NOT GOTTEN. I'M GRATEFUL THE **** WAS PREVIOUSLY PUBLISHED SO I CAN *** FOR USE OF COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS IF NECESSARY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

    November of 2022 a representative from Author Unit sent me an email, her name is *******************************' in the email she stated that they have program call ************' and as ***************************** explained ************ would make me the published of my book The Edge of **** When No One Cared I Did, and I would be able to track my book sales' and get sales data and sales reports of my book' that was great for me to have control of my book and sales' so I accepted the terms and sign a agreement in December of 2022, and since then I have nothing but problems my ****************** account'1, I'm a registered account holder with ****************** with an account number and I have email and a password with ******************'2, ****************** won't talk to me because the email they have on file doesn't match the one they on file on my account'3,****************** has been sending ***************************** emails since January of 2023' but I wasn't getting the emails sent to ************************************** this in the email author unit asign to me, when I ask ********************************* about my email she said that email is for you to login to your ****** Spar account' so I took her at her word' but to find out that's the email that ****************** is sending ***************************** emails to ************************************* someone at author unit are receiving them'4, My ****************** account doesn't give me sales data, sales reports like advertise 5, What should be a great time for me to invest in my book is turning into a nightmare with author unit.'6, When I ask Author unit to address my concerns Author Unit say are going to address my concerns', but nothing happen so I'm tired of going back and forth with Author Unit with my ****************** account.'7, ********************** has lock me out of my ****************** account, since the second week of September till present day.'8, I ***************************** am very dissatisfied with service rendered by Author Unit.'9, I can't see me doing business with Author Unit'10, Very disappointed

    Good afternoon!

    We are responding to the email you sent us on October 20, 2023, regarding the grievance of our cherished client ********************. This simply serves to demonstrate how serious we are in assisting Mr. ************** and responding to his complaint.

    We don't understand why ******************** felt this way given that we have provided the services he had ordered from us. Based on ******************** and our ********************** email exchange, ******************** is fully aware that his needs were being met.

    We made many attempts to get in touch with ******************** at ************** and ************** in order to address his complaints, but he never answered the phone and refused to work with us. In an email that he sent us on July 29th detailing his complaint, ******************** did indicate that he doesn't want phone calls until this has been settled.

    His usernames and passwords for his new email (gmail), which he would use to access his Ingramspark account, were supplied to him when we created a different email for that purpose. We set him up with a new email address **************************************** so that way he could access his Ingramspark account through a different email address and that the royalty reports that Ingramspark will send him wouldn't get mixed up with his other emails from his existing email address, ************************* Unforetunately, he mistakenly believes and claims that we changed his password to prevent him from accessing both his ingramspark account and his new email address, which is completely untrue. 

    Please refer to the image below to see proof that we provided him his login information so he could access both his IngramSpark account and his new email address.

    Authorunit assisted ******************** in retrieving his account the moment he changed his password and had problems logging into his Ingramspark account.

    We attempted to recover his IngramSpark account for him, but he had already altered some information of his email address we had given him for his IngramSpark account. ******************** number is +1 **************.

    Fortunately, we can still recover ************************ accounts if he is willing to cooperate and contact Authorunit by resetting first the password of the email address we made for him to use with his Ingrmspark account.

    The Edge of ****: When No One Cared, I Did! by ******************** was released by Authorunit on December 28, 2022.

    Authorunit never failed to inform ******************** about the submission of his book to Ingramspark.

    ************************ payment made in the past, as well as the services he paid for, are officially documented and are forwarded to his registered and active email account. ************************* in a form of receipt.

    Additionally, Authorunit delivered the agreement to ************************ email address **************************** where he cheerfully signed them.

    Only a portion of the agreement that ******************** signed is shown in the picture below. Please download the entire agreement that is attached to this email.

    Since Authorunit had provided the services he ordered- Authorunit has nothing to apologize for.

    We have assigned a dedicated representative to handle ******************** case and provide him with regular updates. His name is ***********************, and he can contact him directly at *********************.

    Our team is diligently working to resolve the issue ******************** is having. We will prioritize this case to ensure a swift resolution, and we will keep ******************** informed of the progress every step of the way. 

    We genuinely value ************************ business and want to rebuild his trust in our company. We are committed to rectifying the situation and ensuring that ******************** have a positive experience with us moving forward.

    This is a complete misunderstanding between ******************** and the Authorunit process, and Authorunit can only help ******************** if he's willing to cooperate and talk to us.
