    Was told order 19-*****-60887 confirmed on Nov. 29, 2022. Was supposed to arrive today. Received email which cannot reply to saying they don't have manual for 2006 kia I ordered. Would I accept one marked on cover for $ 5 discount. They charged $ 26.95 to my credit card when said shipped. I don't want their discount. They lied saying confirmed. Cancel order and refund my money. I will never do business with a dishonest company. EBay customer service no help. It is all a run around to rip me off. I will never order from EBay either.

    customer ordered a book 11/29. We had the book, but not the condition the customer ordered. 
    Correspondence with the customer regarding the situation: We emailed the same day. as the order 11/29 to ask if the customer would like the book with the mark on the cover at a discount, or if they would like a full refund instead. She did not respond to the email, so we re-sent the same one on 12/5 at 10:42 am through eBay's messaging system. On 12/6 at 11:33 am, the customer responded to the email saying she wanted a refund. 
    On 12/6 at 12:25 pm a full refund was issued. 
    Customer says in her complaint that we stated her book was shipped. We never stated that the book was shipped, so I think this was a misunderstanding. 
    We did make a  mistake in our inventory. We contacted the customer immediately when it happened (same day) and then offered a full refund if she wanted. The full refund was issued within an hour of her asking for it. I'm not certain what could be done differently here, other than not making a mistake in our inventory in the first place.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 185***03, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They lied. They charged my credit card and said shipped and would arrive Dec. 6. They never sent me an email. Only eBay did. And no one I could respond to it since ordered as a guest. And they said front cover marked all over and not just a mark on cover. Liars. But what issued credit to my credit card as I got bill yesterday. So you can close it as over. But I won't be called a liar.
