    This company is difficult to work with. The owner caused a litany of issues. I went on their website and they wrote, "For a stress-free claims process, all restoration Solutions works with your insurance to help manage the insurance process and paperwork." I am letting everyone know that this is completely untrue. They don't work well with insurance, and if they don't get their money quickly for the insurance, they will hound you to keep contacting your insurance adjuster.


    Beyond the difficulty with insurance, All Restoration Solutions did a very poor job in my bedroom and hallway. The flooring started coming up within the first week. I brought it up to the owner, who offered to fill it in with caulk at first. He is refusing to fix his poor job, only giving me excuses and saying that the work they did is not as bad as I think. The owner then got frustrated and quit another job we were working on. I was starting to show concern because of how the first project was being handled. He said we should go our separate ways during a flooring consultation. He is still expecting 20% of that job, even though he quit, and he is refusing to re-do that poor job that he did in my bedroom and hallway.


    Here are some photos of my hallway. He said that some people would not complain for the work he had done and I was expecting too much.
