    On July 26, 2024, I ordered a Winegard Digital Magic Sensor, DM-4000 for $68.71 Including tax and shipping. (See pdf receipt) I had it shipped to my daughter as I was going to be out of town for a few days. What I received was a Winegard Satellite Finder Meter (See photo) which is an entirely different item and can be purchased at Amazon for about $22. I have emailed and called multiple times to the number listed on their web site, ************ and ******************************** but have never received a phone call or email in response. I would like to return the item they sent and have them send me the Winegard Digital Magic Sensor, DM-4000 that I had ordered at their expense or give me a total refund.Hopefully you can help resolve this problem, Thank you in advance for your help.

    On February 26th I purchase a washer and dryer trough the website rvpartsdepot.com the purchase came to a total of $1,662.99 At 3 pm I received a confirmation email of finalizing the purchase which contained the following note Shipped 02/26/24 15:35:03 via THIRD PARTY ML with tracking number CFUR541898 I have contacted the website 3 times by phone and is a recorded message asking you to leave the information and a call back number which I did twice . Sent a email to their email address and used their onsite messaging app to request information on how to use that tracking number since it doesnt match to any tracking information or any freight company name ML . Rvpartsdepot.com will not reply to any of my attempts to clarify the short tracking number or the name of the third party doing the delivery specially since I live 30 minutes away from their business address.

    Regarding the recent complaint, I've been in direct contact with the customer and we promptly shipped the item out on the same business day and it was received on 03/04/2024.

    However, we're a bit surprised as to why the customer had trouble tracking their shipment and we are working to resolve this issue. Our records confirm that the item was indeed shipped and successfully delivered. I've attached evidence of the tracking details and delivery confirmation for your review.
