SafetyNet Inc. is committed to customer satisfaction and transparency. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and exchanges for our software products, training services, and consulting engagements, in accordance with California law
- Training and Consulting Services:
- Refunds for scheduled training or consulting services are available if the cancellation request is received at least 14 days prior to the scheduled service date.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled date.
- If SafetyNet Inc. cancels a service, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
