On 3/15/23 went to Riverside stamps and coins to sell some family family heirloom coins. let them know she was coming ahead of time to make sure they were taking sales. They used that information as a set and actually robbed and stole the coins . Another man in the shop took the coins and left, and the owner said, “what coins, you didn’t give me any coins”

    ****** ********

    **** ****** ********

A women ****** ******* enters coin shop with foreign coins- not silver and face value quarter & some pennies puts them on the counter and when offered 50cents for foreign and told to spend the quarters & pennies she sloops them up and puts them in her purse on video. A collector asks to see the Carson city dollars that we have had in our shop on display for 2 weeks we have customers that can verify that. ***** took them out of tubes in display case and priced that at $100 and $300. The customer took the dollar for $100 and paid *****. She asked him to see the coins he bought and he showed her. He took the coin & left closing the P heavy security door behind him. When he did that she started yelling that ***** stole her coins. Called the police we had it all on video but couldn't down. We had a friend get the video and gave it to the police. they concluded that we were not at fault. She put the video on tiktok and other social media. My husband got death threats and threats to burn down the shop from mostly women all over the country. We have good customers from all races we don't discriminate because of race. This was a total false claim and lice report. We paid people to stay at night to watch parking lot and store for fire & vandalism. If you ever let a complaint from ****** ******* again investigate her. She lost us over $400 to protect our property. I am going to show her picture to other coin dealers so it doesn't happen to them.

I am rejecting this response because:
The video showed you out of frame. All the important details were intentionally out if frame. If you look at all of your reviews from years and years ago, they have similar claims of theft. They are calculated and know where to hide to keep the details out of the frame of the camera. It doesn’t make sense that hundreds of people are lying saying you have stolen from them, if that’s not true. You can play the victim when you are the criminal. The proof is in your history with the city and your customers
