    After cancelled the membership more than three days (requirement said we need to cancel it three days before the next auto pay) sky zone still charged us for next months membership fee. We've called and emailed them but they just never reply. We need to get refund

    I booked my son's birthday party at ************************ for yesterday, 9/9/2023 starting at 4:45pm - 7:45pm. I purchased their VIP Mega package that cost me around ****** dollars. For starters the place has no AC and no ventilation whatsoever, the place has to reach 85 degrees in the whole building. Only the lobby where the employees are and manager is has AC. The party room I was placed had to be 90 degrees or just a bit higher because it's a closed room with also no working AC. I was never made aware of the air not working when they called me to confirm my party.Aside from the dangerous conditions all the kids, babies and elderly are exposed to, I didn't receive the service I paid for. My host never brought my food or drinks to my party room, I had to **** her down at the lobby 3 times and still she wasn't bringing me my food or drinks. The manager ***************************** said it was his 3rd day there, he also told me to feel free to jump in do what I had to do to take care of my party. Yet I paid over 600 for the service. Even after speaking to the manager regarding the service, my food and water I kept asking for wasn't being given to me. The package I bought came with extra stuff for the kids and none of that was also setup, I had to keep reminding them. I just wanted to sing happy birthday to my son, give out the goodie bags, and the extra stuff I paid for and just get everyone out of that heat. I asked for a refund and ******* the manager said he could not issue one. Instead tried to make up for the ridiculous service by giving us passes to come back. From the reviews I see now on ******* their AC has not been working for weeks and that is unacceptable given the fact the Inland Empire can reach over 105 degrees in the summer. This business needs to get looked at and either shut down or some reinforcement needs to be done.
