    BEWARE: Took my 2014 **** Focus to them 12/22 to rebuild the clutch. Agreed to pay $2900, but after they had the car 3 wks, they called and said that they could not warranty their work if I did pay an addt'l $1300. Got car back and returned 3 weeks later because it was still stuttering when accelerating. The owner **** told me on the test drive "there is no issue with the clutch or trans", so I left.The problem got worse and worse, so I took it to a **** service dept, whom told me that the clutch needed to be rebuilt.Took it back to Protrans (3rd time). When they called they said "we rebuilt the clutch again, and it was under warranty so no fee, but we HAD to replace 2 other parts so we'd like you to pay for that". I said no.When I went to pick up the car, they informed me that they would NOT give me a warranty on their work, and when I drove away the car was still stuttering!!!1 STAR DUE TO SYSTEM REQ, IF ONLY THERE WERE NEGATIVE STARS!
